Tech savvy: as a member of a software / tech company, candidates must quickly adapt to new software and show proficiency with technology. Comfortable communicating with a variety of people and can take a good look at the atmosphere and respond appropriately. Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and good communication skills with logic and passion. Experience as a designer or a technical designer in fashion industry/pattern company. BA in fashion/apparel or have work experience in the fashion industry with ample knowledge in pattern making. Diagnosing the possibilities of tapping into new markets. Exploit new markets for CLO software adoption. In-depth research on fashion industry trends of Japan. Creating 3D content for: user engagement, social media and various initiatives by taking into account the local circumstances. Planning and leading seminars, live demos, and academic summits. Localization of CLO materials, training curriculums that enhances user engagement in the region. Collaborating with the CLO Design Team to broaden our clientele 3D implementation and participating in Proof of Concept(PoC) projects etc. 
Manage and conduct training sessions for enterprise/academic users and provide technical support.As an expert of CLO software, your work will be managing and leading the software training programs, providing technical support for users, planning local events, handling interpretation/translation jobs and market-entry research. We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, and forward thinking 3D Designer to be our Japan member.
